Uses the current page, visible content, published site knowledge, and recent session conversation to understand intent.

Moves only to routes published by that installation. Cross-origin and unknown destinations are refused.

Scrolls to the destination and marks the exact section so the answer becomes visible guidance.

Every plan includes both WordPress and Universal installers. Each production domain uses one activation, whichever installer you use.

WordPress automatically detects published pages, posts, and edits. Universal can rescan a mounted static site for new and changed HTML without a restart.

What is Nika?
Nika is an AI website assistant. It answers visitors’ questions from your own site content, then takes them to the right page, scrolls to the section, and highlights the answer.
How is Nika different from a normal website chatbot?
Most chatbots reply in a chat window and leave the visitor to find the page themselves. Nika knows which page the visitor is on, and can open the right page and highlight the exact section, limited to the pages you approve.
Does Nika work with WordPress?
Yes. The WordPress plugin runs on WordPress 6.2 or newer with PHP 7.4 or newer, and picks up your published pages, posts, and edits automatically.
Can I use Nika on a site that is not WordPress?
Yes. The Universal installer runs beside any website with Node.js 22.5 or Docker. You add one script tag and route /nika/ to it. Every plan includes both installers.
What does Nika cost to run?
A one-time licence starts at $99 for two sites. You pay your own AI provider for usage and your own hosting. There is no monthly fee to abatchan, and renewing updates after the first year is optional.
Do my visitors’ conversations go through abatchan?
No. Nika runs on your server and sends questions straight to the AI provider you choose, with your own key. abatchan only checks your licence.
Can Nika fill in forms for visitors?
Not yet. Form help is on the roadmap, and when it arrives the visitor will always press submit themselves.
