Buying and running Nika.

What you purchase

Nika is software you host, not an abatchan-hosted AI subscription. Every plan includes the WordPress and Universal installers. Personal covers two production domains for $99, Business five for $199, and Agency fifty for $399. Prices are in USD. Checkout is run by the store linked from the Nika page (Lemon Squeezy or Gumroad): it processes the payment, handles any applicable tax, shows the final total before you pay, and issues your receipt and licence key. Development and recognised staging installs do not use a production activation.

You provide hosting, backups, supported server software, your published site content, and your own AI provider account and key. AI usage and hosting are separate costs paid to those providers. AI answers can be wrong, so check anything important. Nika guides visitors; it does not make purchases, submit forms, or access visitor accounts.

Updates and support

Each purchase includes lifetime use of the purchased version and 12 months of updates and support. Renewal is optional: $49 Personal, $99 Business, $199 Agency for another 12 months. There is no automatic recurring charge unless you separately agree to one. Without renewal your installed software keeps running; new updates and support stop. You can request any previously supplied covered version for reinstallation. No lifetime-updates promise is made.

Support covers installation guidance, configuration questions and reproducible Nika defects. Email abatchan4@gmail.com with your order reference, Nika version, hosting details and a description of the problem. Never email AI keys, server passwords or full payment details. Business has priority email handling; Agency includes the published onboarding session. No guaranteed response time or 24-hour service is promised. Custom development, managing your server, third-party outages and paid AI usage are outside included support.

Refunds

Nika is downloadable software. We do not offer change-of-mind refunds for Nika licences or renewals. Please review the demo, features, requirements and plan limits before buying. If the software is materially defective or you have a delivery problem, email abatchan4@gmail.com with your order reference and checkout email so we can help.

This policy does not limit remedies required by applicable law or the checkout provider's refund and dispute rules. If a full refund is issued, paid download, update and support entitlement ends. We never remotely damage your website or delete your data, and rights already granted under the WordPress GPL remain intact.

Software licence

The WordPress plugin is distributed under GPL-2.0-or-later, and its rights and notices remain intact. Site limits describe the purchased commercial service and update entitlement, not an attempt to override the GPL.

The Universal package is licensed non-exclusively for deployment of the purchased version on the production domains your plan covers. Agency includes managed client installations within its limit. Do not resell or publicly redistribute the Universal package as a competing product, or share your licence key. Third-party components keep their own licences.

Data and security

Your installation sends AI requests from your server to the provider you choose, which processes the submitted content under its own policies. abatchan's licensing service checks your licence and records activation and download entitlements; it never receives your provider key or visitor conversations.

Your own privacy notice should explain your deployment's provider, data collection, retention and browser dictation. Do not include private content in a published knowledge source. Report security issues to abatchan4@gmail.com with the subject “Nika security”, without sending live credentials or sensitive visitor data.

Warranty and liability

Nika is built and tested with care, and reproducible defects in a supported version are fixed through updates during your update term. Beyond that, and beyond anything the law does not let us exclude, the software is provided as it is: we do not promise it will suit every site, run without interruption, or that AI answers will always be correct.

Total liability in connection with a Nika licence is limited to the price you paid for it, and does not extend to indirect or consequential loss such as lost profit, lost revenue, or loss of data. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Keep your own backups before installing or updating.

Ending a licence

A licence can be ended for a refund, a chargeback, or a serious breach of these terms, such as publicly sharing the key or reselling the Universal package. When that happens, downloads, updates, and support stop for that key. Your installed copy is never remotely disabled, and your data is never deleted.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without limiting mandatory consumer protections where you live.
